An update of the work NLA has done over the past year, what the future holds and how you can help!  Also, a message from the 2018 NLA President, Soraya Silverman-Montano, on this year’s Conference theme, “Libraries Are For Everyone” with a focus diversity, inclusion and equity.  The discussion will revolve on ways to better practice inclusivity, highlighting microaggressions that may not even be realized as such, and resources on how to stay on top of the work being done nationwide to maintain inclusiveness as best as possible.
