Toastmasters as a Training Tool for Library Workers

You will learn how to create a Toastmasters club for your staff. You will also learn how to use it as a training tool. Toastmasters can help library workers increase their communication, leadership, and customer service skills. In this workshop, you will learn how to start a corporate Toastmasters club at your library and how to use it as a training tool.
