Dale Monobe is the Utah MLS Regional Director for the School of Library and Information Management (SLIM) at Emporia State University (ESU).  He holds a Ph.D. in Human Rehabilitation and an MLS and has experience teaching on both the undergraduate and graduate levels.  When he first joined SLIM, he was given the opportunity to be a visiting faculty member on the ESU campus.
